Signature required: Since the COVID-19 restrictions, most Couriers have changed their policy to “authority to leave”. We have no control over each Couriers policies
Authority to Leave: All orders placed are authorised as ‘Authority to Leave’ by the purchaser.
*We highly recommend that you choose a safe delivery address, theft is prominent and it is always safer to have your parcel delivered to a business address*
INSURANCE:
Q. Are my items insured in transit?
A. Although carriers take great care throughout the delivery process, sometimes things can go wrong, get damaged or lost. Not ideal for anyone, we hear you!
Some carriers will offer complimentary insurance coverage in the event of driver negligence, damage, or loss in the carrier network (not after drop off).
If something happens to your item please let us know and we will investigate with the carrier, but please understand we are not the carrier and we can’t promise they will provide compensation.
MISSING PARCEL AFTER DELIVERY / THEFT:
Q. What if my items go missing or are stolen after they are delivered?
A. Unfortunately for both of us, once dropped off on private property the carriers don’t take responsibility for the goods so if they are stolen there is no recourse. envirocare earth also does not take any responsibility for goods which have been successfully delivered and have gone missing / been stolen from your authorised address.
TELEPHONE CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY:
Q. Can the Courier call me when he is coming?
A. Most couriers do not carry service phones, therefore are unable to contact you with a phone call prior to delivery. Please ensure you always follow the instructions received regarding your delivery via email and/or SMS only.
REQUESTING DELIVERY TIME WINDOW:
Q. Can the Courier deliver between a desired window, ie: between 10.am -12.pm?
A. It is unreasonable to request a delivery window. Couriers are unable to incorporate desired delivery windows into their delivery runs due to logistics. Please ensure you always follow the instructions received regarding your delivery via email and/or SMS only.
REDELIVERIES:
Q. The Courier has left a card saying that the package has been delivered to a depot or a Post Office. What do I do?
A. Sometimes Couriers will not deliver your package, normally because there is not a safe place to leave it. This is common with apartment buildings. Follow the instructions on the card and ensure you organise redelivery or pick up within the timeframe, usually 10 days. If not picked up after this time your package will be redelivered to us and you will be liable for any redelivery costs incurred.
Q. The Courier tracker says “delivery attempted”. What should I do?
A. Occasionally a failed delivery attempt will be noted. Please wait another day as the Couriers normally attempt a redelivery the very next day. If after a few days you have not received your goods please contact us or with the Courier directly using your package tracking number.
Logistics Status & Pricing Update | 8th Feb 2022
Further to the previous logistics update, the spread of omicron variant continues to play havoc with many courier drivers, warehouse staff, forklift drivers, container unpack crews and administrators across the country.
To make logistics even more difficulty the East-West rail line is closed due to significant flooding including to both the Eyre and Stuart Highways, South Australia.
Please allow (at least) an extra 14 business days on top of your estimated date for arrival.
envirocare earth has always worked our best to minimise delivery costs but as a result of the ongoing issues affecting logistics all online orders will now attract a delivery charge.
FLAT RATES - WA $15.00, INTERSTATE $20.00.

Omicron Logistics Status Update | 12th Jan 22
The rapid spread of the Omicron variant has further impacted the logistics industry. This includes many courier drivers, warehouse staff, forklift drivers, container unpack crews and administrators.
Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infections, our partnered carriers across the network are experiencing both a surge in parcel deliveries and major disruptions to their delivery services. With a significant number of people in self-isolation in accordance with state regulations and public health orders, delivery delays are expected across the network due to driver shortages, depots experiencing temporary closures and/or operating with significantly reduced staff.
This has also created some lags in tracking details being updated on carrier websites.
Please allow (at least) an extra 14 business days on top of your estimated date for arrival.
